Royal Author for Publishers
You invested in editing, design, and launch. Then the book goes quiet. Royal Author turns every non-fiction title in your catalogue into a full content and revenue business, for your authors and for you.
The post-launch problem
Every non-fiction book has a launch window. Then sales plateau. The expertise inside it keeps compounding, but the revenue doesn't.
After the launch push, authors are largely on their own. They don't know how to build a content strategy or turn their book into ongoing income. Frustration builds.
Unhappy authors want their rights back. A book generating no income is a liability for both sides. Rights reversion is avoidable, if the book keeps earning.
How it works
Royal Author gives you a publisher account. You add your non-fiction titles and your authors receive an invitation to set up their book.
Each author spends 5 minutes entering their chapters and key ideas. Every tool on the platform immediately generates content from their specific book.
AI Coaching Agent, 365 social posts, 52 newsletters, courses, speaking kits, consulting packages, all from the expertise your author already wrote down.
What publishers get
Publisher tiers
"Most publishers invest everything in the launch window. Royal Author is what happens after the launch: when the expertise inside a non-fiction book finally gets to compound."

Yes, and we are building this now. White-labelling means your authors would access the tools through your own branded portal, with your logo and your name on it, not ours. If this is something you want for your catalogue, we want to hear from you. The more publishers who tell us they need it, the faster it gets built. Register your interest through the enquiry form above and we will be in touch as a priority.
That depends on what you want to test and how quickly you want to roll it out. Some publishers start with two or three authors to see how it works in practice before committing to a wider rollout. Others want to onboard a full list straight away. Tell us in the enquiry form how many authors you have in mind and we will have that conversation properly.
Non-fiction with a clear framework or methodology works best: business, leadership, self-help, health and wellness, personal finance, career development. The more ideas and structured thinking in the book, the more the tools can extract from it. Memoir also works well, particularly where there are strong stories and a clear lesson the reader is meant to take away. Pure reference books and academic titles are less suited.
Yes, always. The author must agree to their book being used on the platform, and for books published under a traditional or independent press contract, the author needs to confirm that generating derivative content (social posts, courses, newsletters and so on) is permitted under their agreement. We ask every author to confirm this when they apply. For publishers onboarding a list of authors, we would ask you to confirm that all relevant authors have been informed and have agreed.
Publisher pricing is discussed once we understand the size of your catalogue and what you are looking to offer your authors. It is not the same as individual author pricing. Use the enquiry form above and we will come back to you with a proposal that makes sense for your list.
Individual authors can get access within 48 hours of applying. For publisher arrangements, the timeline depends on the scope. A small pilot with two or three authors can usually be set up quickly. A larger rollout or white-label build takes longer because we build it properly rather than rushing it. Send us the enquiry and we will give you a realistic timeline in our response.
