For Non-Fiction Authors Who Own Their Work
Your non-fiction book contains a framework, a methodology, an expertise. Royal Author turns it into a business: a year of content, courses, coaching, newsletters and revenue, all generated from what you already know.
Why most books underperform
The average non-fiction author earns £2,000–£5,000 in royalties. Authors who treat the book as a foundation, not a finish line, generate ten to fifty times that, from the same pages they already wrote.

How It Works
Upload once. A PDF, a Word doc, anything. Everything you've worked for is already inside it.
Your book becomes a coach, a year of content, email sequences, newsletters and courses - in your voice, automatically. You don't lift a finger.
Content goes out every week. Your coach answers questions while you sleep. The launch wasn't the end - it was only the beginning.
"Your book already changes lives. This is just making sure it reaches more of them."

Questions we hear all the time
No. You set your book up through a short form where you tell us the title, your chapters, the key ideas, and a few stories from the book. That is enough for all nineteen tools to work. A full document upload is coming soon, but you do not need to wait for it. Most authors are generating content within ten minutes of setting up.
This is the question I get asked more than any other, and I understand why. Most AI-generated content sounds like it was written by someone who has read every blog post on the internet and none of them. Royal Author is different because it works from your book, your frameworks, your stories. Every tool lets you paste in examples of your own writing so the output matches your voice even more closely. The result still needs your eye on it before it goes out, but it will not embarrass you.
Yes. In fact, this is exactly the situation Royal Author was built for. A book that is not well known yet has not run out of potential. It has simply not had the consistent content, visibility, and revenue activity around it that changes that. The tools do not care how many copies you have sold. They care about what is inside the book. If the ideas are good, the content will be good. The audience comes after the content, not before it.
It is never too late. Some of the most powerful things a book can do for you happen years after it is published, once you have the infrastructure around it to turn readers into clients, followers into community, and chapters into courses. A book that has been sitting quietly on Amazon for three years can become the foundation of a speaking career, a coaching programme, or a newsletter with thousands of subscribers. The content does not have an expiry date. The opportunity does not either.
Start with one. Trying to use all nineteen at once is the fastest way to feel overwhelmed and use none of them well. Most authors begin with either the Social Content Studio (because it gives them immediate, usable posts) or the Speaking Kit (because a single keynote booking pays for months of anything else). Once one stream is working, add the next. The tools are not going anywhere.
That depends entirely on how active you want to be. Some authors log in once a week to generate a week of social posts and a newsletter. Others use it in short sessions when they are preparing for something specific, a speaking pitch, a course launch, an email campaign. There is no subscription to justify and no pressure to use it constantly. It is there when you need it. The more you use it, the more you build. But even occasional use moves the needle.
Yes, as long as both authors have agreed to it. One author applies and holds the account. Both names appear in the content you generate. We do ask that whoever applies has the full knowledge and permission of their co-author before using the book on the platform. If you are both actively involved, get in touch and we will work out the best setup for you.
Yes, and we are building this now. White-labelling means your authors access the tools through your own branded portal, with your name on it rather than ours. If this is something you want for your catalogue, register your interest through the publisher enquiry page and we will be in touch as a priority. The more publishers who tell us they need it, the faster it gets built.
That is a conversation we would love to have. The platform is built to handle multiple authors, and the right arrangement depends on the size of your list and what you want to offer them. Reach out through the publisher enquiry form and we will work out what makes sense for you.
